What does your anticipated Load-in look like?

Do you have large set pieces, a lot of props and costumes that need to be stored? How much time will you need to load in, rehearse etc.?

Do you require amplified music, sound or will you have musical instruments. If yes, please describe.

I.e. We will be bringing in a DJ, or I will be playing music off my iphone through your sound system.

Do you require Theatrical Lighting?

If yes, please describe your requirements. We will need someone to run lights during the event, or we will need a few cues set up to run the event.

Do you require Front of House staff?

Our FOH Staff will give the space a quick once over to make sure the space in clean, they will set up your box office, tally ticket holders and seat latecomers.

Will you be selling alcohol, food or beverages at your performance?
